Spondylolisthesis - 척추전방전위증 22/08/22

원인은 선천적으로 관절 돌기가 손상되어 있거나 외상 또는 척추의 퇴행으로 인해 상하척추 연결부가 늘어나면서 발생한다 - 주로 무증상 / low back pain 

DDX :

척추분리증(脊椎分離症, spondylolysis)- 이 질환은 척추가 분리되는 것이며 대부분 관절 돌기 간 협부에서 발생한다.

This spine defect is a stress. Fx or crack in spine bones. It’s common in young athletes.

spondylolysis 가 spondylolisthesis 를 야기할 수 있다.

 

SX : 

back pain

비정상적 보행 - 무릎 편 채로 뒤뚱뒤뚱 걷는 경향

DX 

메이어딩 그레이드(Meyerding`s Grade) - grade 3부터 / 통증이 심할경우 수술

#Isthmic spondylolisthesis, L4-5  => a lumbar spinal condition in which a fracture of the isthmus causes one vertebral body to slip forward on top of the vertebral body below it.
