Ludwig's angina is a bilateral infection of the submandibular space that consists of two compartments in the floor of the mouth, the sublingual space and the submylohyoid (also known as submaxillary) space
-> 악화시 : rapidly spreading cellulitis, without lymphadenopathy, with potential for airway obstruction.
** 악화시 처치 : rapid intervention for prevention of asphyxia and aspiration pneumonia.
stridor가 들리면 초응급 : traco가 TOC 내시경으로 해야 하므로 ENT가 한다. awakening intuvation / 성대아래쪽 swelling에서 아이젤은 도움 안된다

상기 환자, 상기 시간 발생한 상기 주소로 내원함 상환 submandibular swelling 3일전부터 mild 하게 있었으며 전일 발치후 악화되었다함. 침도 못삼키겠다
